For easy and clean production of U-shaped cut-outs for UT grommets in plastic enclosures, icotek offers a special tool set called icUtter.
The icUtter allows you to manually punch out perfectly fitting cut-outs with minimal effort. The supplied cutting templates ensure that the cut-outs are always made correctly; even when working with different tongue-and-groove systems you will always achieve a precise result.
The cutting templates also ensure a straight, vertical cut and guarantee that the required minimum distance between adjacent UT grommets is maintained. The tool is designed for enclosure wall thicknesses of up to 3.0 mm.
